We lived 1000km away from the first house we purchased in Tolga.
We spent 3-6 months online looking, countless hours on the phone to Suzey and called her on several occasions to supply more photos.
Not only did Suzey send photos but supplied details on area, shops, schools etc.
Her help was invaluable and when we finally flew down and met Suzey, she put aside the day to show us the houses.

Our purchase went smoothly due to her work, time and effort and we have only just sold and purchased our second house with Suzey and would recommend her above all agents, including those in Cairns.

I can not rate her highly enough as nothing seems to be a bother, even when we had quite a few dramas with the sale of our house. Thank you Suzey for all you have done.

Three things that I would like to add.
Suzeys advice on what preparation we needed to do to Rangeview was instrumental to its sale (small retaining wall near the front door).
Her perseverance regarding Rangeview is commendable.
A small 4 bedroom house on three and a half acres is a tall order to sell in Rangeview, especially when we were 3.2 klm from the new monster wind farm.
Finally, when we did find the right house to purchase, which just happened to be the day it finished its exclusive listing (exlusive agent didn’t include the house selling photo of the spectacular mountain views), it was a bargain only hours away from a contract.
Suzey raced up at 5:30 pm with the keys for our inspection and presented our offer instantly.

Suzey is a wonderful agent. I found her easy to deal with and nothing was too big an ask.
She collected me to view the property as I was unwell and unable to drive on the day.
She was very knowledgeable about the property and was happy to find out for me anything that she wasn’t sure of.
